World Mental Health Day | Simply Being Happy
Being a person living with mental health issues can be a challenage on a daily basis, add in the demands of the workplace, which can throw up challenges as you navigate the taboos of even mentioning the words mental health.
Our Mental Health is as important as our physical health and sometimes simply being happy can feel like a place far far away, its just not somewhere you’ll ever get to.
Happy is a place we can all get to even if life challenges exist.
World Mental Health Day is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
This years World Mental Health Day campaign theme is #BalanceforBetter for a more gender-balanced world.
