World Mental Health Day | Simply Being Happy

Being a person living with mental health issues can be a challenage on a daily basis, add in the demands of the workplace, which can throw up challenges as you navigate the taboos of even mentioning the words mental health.

Our Mental Health is as important as our physical health and sometimes simply being happy can feel like a place far far away, its just not somewhere you’ll ever get to.

Happy is a place we can all get to even if life challenges exist.

World Mental Health Day is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. 

This years World Mental Health Day campaign theme is #BalanceforBetter for a more gender-balanced world.

What to Expect
The workshop will bring into focus what you want for yourself as a persona living with mental health issues today.

You will complete some reflective writing, create a visioning board, and consider your very next steps.

You may be coming to the workshop to:

  • examine your strengths
  • tune in to your purpose for yourself
  • explore how you can be happy in the moment
  • understand what stops you from achieving your dreams

Our hope for you is that you will have a sense of yourself and be able to use these insights to grow.

All materials will be provided and places are limited to 12 people.
