Reflection, Visioning and Me | How to be a Successful Woman in the Workplace

Being a woman at work, being a professional woman in the workplace can throw up many challenges as you navigate the stereotypes, glass ceilings and what can be interpreted as the never-ending need to justify why you are not at home looking after your husband or children.

2018 marked the 100th anniversary of the Representation of Peoples Act 1918, when for the first time some women were able to vote.  It brought into focus the suffragists and suffragettes movement and many many reminders of why it’s more important than ever to empower women to thrive and flourish in the world of work.

This years International Women’s Day campaign theme is #BalanceforBetter for a more gender-balanced world.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? No really! Where do you want to be in 5 years?
